New Mexico boating regulations now require that all passengers 12 and under be required to wear a life vest while all vessels are in motion. The Carlsbad Chamber of Commerce will provide these life vests free of charge. Each passenger will be required to check in at the Ticket Office no later than 30 minutes prior to their departure. The Noelle and the Bella Sera are the only vessels that are handicapped equipped. All boats depart from the Pecos River Village Conference Center which is located at 711 Muscatel.
